Blooming Minds is a licensed child care center located near convenient location (Bethesda, Virginia, D.C.). 

Our mission is to provide high quality childcare and a welcoming atomosphere in a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive and succeed both developmentally and socially. At our center we strongly believe that children learn best through play.
